Video shows Moraes on jet linked to Vorcaro, contradicting March denial

A video published by O Globo shows Supreme Court Justice Alexandre de Moraes and his wife, attorney Viviane Barci, disembarking from a Legacy 650 at Rio de Janeiro's Santos Dumont airport on August 22, 2025. The aircraft, registration PP-NLR, was operated by Prime Aviation and linked to Fraction 024, a company associated with Daniel Vorcaro, former controller of Banco Master.

The Barci de Moraes law office confirmed the couple used Prime Aviation for chartered flights but said the choice of aircraft was the operator's decision. The office denied any personal link to aircraft owners and stated Vorcaro was not on any of those flights.

“The minister Alexandre de Moraes never traveled on any plane of Daniel Vorcaro or in his company.”

In March 2025, Moraes issued a statement saying he had "never flown" on Vorcaro's aircraft and called reports to the contrary "fantastical." The new footage appears to contradict that claim.

Folha de S.Paulo and Estadão identified at least eight trips from Brasília on aircraft linked to Vorcaro's companies between May and October 2025. Moraes attended a Lide business forum in Rio on the same day the video was recorded, wearing clothing similar to that seen in the footage.

The justice's cabinet was contacted by Estadão on Sunday and had not responded as of publication. The law office did not address the specific disembarkation video in its statement.
