Anna Vissi Performs Sold-Out OAKA Concert for 90,000+ Fans

Greek singer Anna Vissi performed a sold-out concert at the Athens Olympic Stadium (OAKA) on Saturday night, drawing over 90,000 spectators despite rainy weather. The event, titled "Anna Vissi powered by DEH Live at OAKA," followed two previous shows at the Panathenaic Stadium.

Vissi took the stage shortly after 21:00, making a dramatic entrance suspended above a 360-degree stage while performing "Aigaio." She addressed the crowd, stating she had come to their concert rather than them attending hers, and expressed emotion at the warm reception.

“Tonight I didn't come to your concert; you came to mine.”

The nearly 3.5-hour set featured over 50 songs spanning her career, including hits like "Agape Ypervoliki" and "Se Periptosi Pou." Guest performers included DJ Argy and guitarist Orianthi, known for her work with Michael Jackson.

A brief pause occurred mid-show to clear rainwater from the stage, but the program resumed without further issues. Synchronized LED wristbands distributed to fans created a coordinated light display throughout the stadium.

Preparations involved at least 400 workers, according to pre-event reports. Vissi also incorporated artificial intelligence to visually connect her current performance with her early career steps in Cyprus.
