Shakira brought out Dua Lipa as a surprise guest during the eighth show of her Madrid residency on October 3, performing "Antología" together for the first time ever on stage or in a studio. The concert took place at the Iberdrola Music venue, referred to as Macondo Park by some outlets, as part of the "Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour."
Dua Lipa sang the 1995 classic entirely in Spanish, drawing an immediate ovation from the crowd. Shakira introduced her British counterpart by declaring herself an official fan, while Dua Lipa thanked Shakira for the invitation.
“For me it is an honor and a luxury to sing this song, which means so much to me, with this woman so admired, so loved around the world and personally by me because she officially declared herself my fan as of today.”
The performance was streamed globally via Prime Video, reaching millions of viewers beyond the arena. Social media clips of the duet went viral within minutes, with fans highlighting the vocal chemistry between the two stars.
Dua Lipa had previously covered "Antología" during her November 2025 concert in Bogotá as part of her Radical Optimism Tour, where she performed a local song in each city. Shakira's residency began September 18 and concludes October 11, with confirmed guest Maluma scheduled for October 9.
