Two unidentified men in a car attacked a video game salon in Diyarbakır's Kayapınar district late Friday night, firing pistols at the premises.
The shooting occurred on 470th Street in Fırat Mahallesi around midnight. The assailants opened fire from their vehicle before fleeing the scene.
Three people were wounded — two inside the salon by gunshots and a third by shattered glass from a nearby buffet. Two shops, two cars, and a pickup truck were also hit.
Emergency services and police responded after receiving reports. The injured were taken to local hospitals for treatment. Officers recovered numerous pistol casings at the scene.
Police have launched an operation to identify and apprehend the two suspects. The motive behind the attack remains unclear as the investigation continues.
